Product Review: Absolute peace of cheap ''Made in China'' junk!

OK, I'm aware that this is a $12 product and you get what you pay for.. However, I just saw the trimmer I had before this one, a basic Philips Norelco product, for $20 at Target and I used it for 2-3 years w/o any problems!
I can't explain how unsatisfied I am with this Wahl product.. I really think it costs them $1 to make this item.. My face still hurts after a painful trimming.. The blades feel like they've been made with the cheapest steel from an old clunker in China.. They smell like they're burning. I don't have a sensitive skin, but there are red spots allover due to the cheap material. And, it is very loud and too fast.
As a very wise English person once said "I am not rich enough to buy cheap things" -- I wish I listened to him instead of Amazon.com reviews..

I had a Conair rechargable. Unfortunately I lost the cord to recharge it so I picked up this one. Wow, was that a mistake.
I don't have a very thick beard, yet I found I had to go over the same spots again and again to get any sort of semblance of evenness.
It tears at my hairs at times and can be somewhat painful.
It makes a LOT of noise.

It trims my beard hair faster then the expensive Norelco shaver. Even though the Norelco shaver trimed closer I didn't like that much. I still sometimes had to shave afterwards anyway. When my Norelco died rather then waist my money on another one I bought this one and I like it more even though it is battery opperated. THE ITEM IN ITSELF HAS A GREAT QUALITY LOOKING (JUST BY LOOKING, I DID NOT USE IT). NEVERTHELESS, IF YOU ARE FOCUSED ON A BATTERY OPERATED TRIMMER, BE AWARE THAT THE BATTERY IS NOT INTEGRATED.
WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, THAT IS WHAT I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT, AND THIS ITEM REQUIRES 2 AA BATTERIES.
