Even by using the High Switch, I could only get lukewarm instead of warm. And from the outward appearance, it's a rough one. I returned it.Product Review: I feel gooooood.

Great motor, 2 speeds. Sometimes I wish there was another speed about half as low as the LOW setting. But it's great for getting to sore muscles when your second set of hands are either unavailable or too tired.
The heat attachment doesn't do it for me. Yes, it does heat up, but I like the texturing of the other (non-heated) heads better. (would be nice if they were all heated, but they aren't) They tend to work better for me at loosening up my shoulders/neck.
If I could change one thing, I would make some of the heads softer/ more silicon in the material. As it is, they are a little more plasticy than I expected, though still somewhat flexible.
All in all it's a good product and it helps me relax. But for me, I would have bought the one without the heating element.
P.S. Every woman is different, but my wife was not interested in it's... suggested alternate uses. Just an FYI.
