Product Review: Waterpik Replacement Handles

My wife and I have been using our waterpik regularly for about a year now, but unfortunately our original handle went bad. The button that holds the water would get stuck.
Rather than buying a new waterpik for $50, I found these on amazon and ended up picking up 3, in the event that they typically only have life of one year. The handles arrived as expected and with no problems. It is very simple to install. It is unfortunate that they start to go bad after a year though.

We have had the WaterPik less than one year and this is the second handle assembly we have had to replace. My wife and I are the only users of it. She uses it every day but I use it about twice/week. If this keeps up at this rate, we will soon be ready to try a different brand.Product Review: disappointing results

I purchased 2 of these because none of my waterpik attachments were clicking in place, making the device useless. Installed purchase, and
(1) while several attachments now can be installed securely, the one attachmen I use still cannot click in place.
(2) Product was also supposed to fix water jet problem whereby some water exits around rather than through attachments. Product has done nothing to correct this either.
(3) Very dissapointed as product does not do what it claims.
(4) Also shipment was delayed for no apparent reason for 2 weeks and when I emailed seller, I got no response. So non-existent customer service problem from seller itself.
Product Review: my water pik is new again

OMG, this is perfect. I think its better than when I first got the waterpik. My handle was leaking badly and the momentary pause button would stick and would not release. It took less than 5 minutes and a small screwdriver to install. It is now easy to put the tips in and out, too.
