Haven't used this yet, but it seems to be in working order. My only gripe is with the packaging. There were plastic sleeves included with the order, but the wheel was not placed in it before shipping. This left the sharp edges exposed, and since the item was only placed in a padded envelope, no box, the envelope was shredded by the time it got to me. I picked it up out of the mailbox, and the two wheels fell out. It's a miracle they weren't lost in transit.
