Well, I agree, you need an open mind if you're looking for the best or any results for that matter. I can say after 2 weeks of taking 2 pills every day, I may have seen or felt some positive results. Used best in between meals, i've noticed some changes when working out (and also in bed ;-) ) Well worth the price, recommend taking these everyday, don't skip, give it a few weeks, maintain a healthy diet, don't drink alcohol in excess and keep an open mind about the product. This is an Amino Acid so safe to use as a diet supplement...Overall not bad and will continue to use.
