I haven't done any kind of experiment with the flax seed oil capsules to know if they are giving me benefits. But I did recently read an article in my diabetic magazine saying they were doing an experiment with flax seed (ground up) so I'm waiting for the results. Flax seed was recommend to me by a doctor so I've been taking it for about a month now (twice a day) so hopefully it is giving me some benefit.Product Review: allergic

This product might be a great product. However, I found out pretty quickly that I could not use it. So, make sure your system can tolerate it before purchasing it. I will stick with regular flaxseed, and forego the "oil" part.
