Product Review: The only calcium I buy now

I buy this from Vitamin Shoppe exclusively. It's their store brand. I like it because it's in gelatin-based caps which are easy to swallow, not some big honkin' horse pill. It also has magnesium and D and I can get it in this biiiiig container which works out great, as both husband and I each take 2 capsules per day.Product Review: be careful when buying supplements online

This product is probably fine, but if you're shopping for the best PRICE per pill, be sure to check the packaging to find out what you're getting. The amount of calcium in this particular pill is much less than in Caltrate, for instance, so you'll have to take more of these pills a day to meet your MDR. So it may turn out not to be such a good deal after all...
