A doctor wrote on his website that claiming pills tend to be poorly absorbed in his patients and that gels seems to release various supplements in a more consistent way. I checked and this is the cheapest and most easily available Vit C supplements in gel cap form. I also ordered some Vit B complex gel caps from them too.
