ordered this product before I checked out the website of the manufacturer, Healthy Habits. HUGE mistake. They also sell those stupid foot pads that cleanse your body and actually only remove sweat. I had read studies that the foot pads didn't work so I'm thinking... if they sell foot pad crap, do I really think the patches will work?
But I quickly disagreed with my inner self and was willing to keep an open mind because I had already paid $25 and it was too late to change my mind. I wasn't swayed by the reviews on the manufacturer's web site because those can be fabricated. I had such high hopes for this product. I've always been a "sleeper"...not narcolepsy but just always tired. I was hoping this product would work so I waited anxiously for the product and then ...
The product was delivered fast with lots and lots of ads that I had no interest in. The patches were small enough. Directions said to wear them once or twice a week for 24 hours. That was it. Well, if the patch gives me so much energy, why would I want to wear them when I'm trying to sleep? That makes no sense to me. I don't want energy when I sleep. I wrote the company about more specific directions only to find out that their customer service sucks as much as the product does. It's been a fortnight since I've written and STILL no answer.
I tried out 3 patches. I felt nothing and slept just fine, thank you very much. I got a full refund... paid with a credit card so either way, I was going to get a refund. Healthy Habit reimbursed which saved me a call to the credit card company.

I placed the patches behind my ear. I use a new one every 4 or 5 days behind the opposite ear. I had a noticeable serge in energy when I used the first one however it tapered off with subsequent usage.Product Review: easy to use and gave energy...

seems to work well, felt like having more energy the next morning and is soo easy to use and isn't in the way, even during the night time (didn't stick to well at the beginning, but got the hang of it.... :-)...)..
And best of all , there are no other ingredients in there, than the 2 nutrients I only want... :-).

The patches were ok, but I didn't notice a huge difference. They will not be saving me another trip to the doctor.
I've received a ton of junk mail from this seller related to my purchasing this product, and I am trying to figure out how to contact the seller to make it stop!

after my daughter's intestinal surgery, it became necessary for her to take vitamin b-12 by injection and the product was an expensive prescription. The patches work wonders,and the injections are no longer required,as evedinced by blood tests.
