I've been using this product for almost 3 weeks and have seen good results! I felt full and had trouble using the restroom a lot. After using the Vital Cleanse I have to say that I don't have these problems anymore. It's very gentle. Is not a I gotta go right now find me a bathroom now type of cleanser haha which is great. I feel lighter and much better. I've recommended this product and the Acai Berry maximum strength to a few of my friends and they too are seeing amazing results. the pill made you bloated and cramps that i thought would go away after a few days of use but did not i felt so misserable every day that i had to stop taking it.
