Product Review: Worst eye drop dispenser I have ever used

This product features a new "single drop dispenser". This dispenser is the worst one I have ever (tried) to use in my life. It requires an incredible amount of force to press the button to dispense a drop. My finger and hand visibly shake trying to depress it causing me to miss my eye completely. I have poked myself in the eye several times and lost countless drops falling down my cheek, and have became afraid to pick it up to even attempt to use it again. I finally threw it in the garbage. I have no idea how this product made it past usability tests and onto the market.Product Review: there's a trick to using it

I completely understand the dread and annoyance some people have experienced using the hard-to-press dispenser. I've been there too, but liked the product enough to keep trying. The trick is to be sure to brace a couple of fingers or some part of your hand against your face as you use it - experiment to see what works best for you. Bracing like this lets you apply enough force to the plunger without your hand shaking and without fear of stabbing yourself in the eye.
