I received the product in a good packaging and in a timely manner. I have used Visine for years as it's recommended by my doctor. It really moistures my eyes whenever I need so it's always with me wherever I go.
So the product and the shipping are excellent. What I do not like is that particular bottle that I got from Amazon is going to expire in 3 months (I got it in March and it will expire in June). I usually spend 5-6 months to finish a bottle of this size so I'm not happy that this bottle will expire so soon. To the best of my knowledge, it would cost me more to return this product to Amazon since the fact that it will expire in couple months doesn't seem to be a description of a malfunction or expired product that I can claim for free shipping to return.
In conclusion, I will continue shopping with Amazon BUT not with something that an expiration date is involved.
