the hold around the zipper is pathetic. I was trying to put this onto my sons bed, and it ripped at the slightest amount of tension. Luckily the tear was at the end of the bed, so no worries there.
I don't think this is a good purchase. It needs to be better constructed. I've worn ponchos that were tougher than this is.

It is as good as it is described, but too slippery for the sheet to stay on it. I need to stretch my sheet every morning now because the plastic protector does not have enough friction for the sheet to stay on. Maybe I need a sheet with elastic corners now...Product Review: serves the purpose but delicate to put on the mattress

The product arrived on time. I bought it to prevent my mattress from getting infested with bedbugs, and looks like its serving the purpose. It does not make any noise while moving on the bed which is great. However, i find the material a little flimsy, and it tends to tear while sngky fitting onto the mattress, so take ultra care, or be ready to tape the tear.
