A voice therapist recommended this because I have lots of laryngitis during the winter. Our local WalMart quit carrying these personal inhalers so I found it on Amazon. I've used it about three years for occasional hoarseness and laryngitis due to allergies and winter dryness. Definitely helps! It only holds about two T. water so you have to be careful letting it warm up. With my new one I will ALWAYS set a timer.Product Review: Great for singers

This is really handy for a singer to have. It's very portable, light, and compact. I really like it. It puts out plain steam to inhale and you can adjust the output. It heats up quickly and puts out steam long enough to sit there for over 10 min at least. I don't have any complaints. Inhaling steam is so good for you, if you have allergies or are battling phlegm or a cold...this will help you so much. I am a singer and use this steamer twice a day and it's helped me with my allergies.Product Review: Great for sinus infections

I really love this little machine. If my sinuses are really closed up, I use this to open my sinuses, and use it in conjunction with the Sinupulse machine to clear my sinuses. I will continue to use this machine to prevent sinus infections.Product Review: Great for sinus problems

This is a great little steamer. I suffer from chronic sinus headaches, and often, steam is the only thing that will get rid of them. You do have to be careful not to put your face on the mask, as the steam is too hot. But overall, great product. Small, and gets the job done!
