I think this is a GREAT Product. Being a Las Vegas Entertainer who sings nightly.. this has been my saving grace. Las Vegas is a desert climate & there's hardly any moisture in the air.. which means it can be tuff on singers. The Vicks Personal Steam Inhaler generates steam fast, much faster than my old one. Though initially the steam comes with Teflon smell which is kind of bad. This inhaler is good for sinus relief especially for people with bad seasonall allergies.Product Review: Good Buy

I was really impressed with this little steamer ! Very simple to use and operate, and the steam last 30 minutes. I also add some apple cider vinegar or hydrogen peroxide to help clear my sinuses. After a few minutes of using to inhale, I remove the plastice inhaler tube and move my face around the steam vents to use as a mini facial. Be careful not to get too close you will get burned !Product Review: Good but limited

I bought this and found it easier to use than standing over a pot of steam. However, it does not have a medicine cup.
Also getting it to the right height is difficult. I did not want to bend over very much.
I now realized that I should have spent a little more money to get an inhaler than has a medicine cup.
Does allow for a "ring" for vapor, but I could not find it at the store I bought this at.
