I have no major complaints about this product at all. Considering the price it is a no remorse purchase. I do have to add a dash of salt to get it steaming, but the local elevation is about 4,200ft. Water does take a bit more energy to boil at this altitude. I use it overnight (8-12 hours) and have never ran out of water. An on/off switch would be a desirable addition, but unplugging it works just as well.
