I cannot say enough about this exerciser. My husband is physically like iron man and I am a marshmallow puff and it still changed BOTH of our lives. We are both getting older and have just lived with minor aches and pains in our back. We began using this on the advice of my physical therapist and it relieved our pain at least 85%. She explained that the pelvic floor is the anchor point of several groups of muscles that pull against it. Having a rock hard pelvic floor provides a great foundation for the rest of your body.
I have also heard endlessly good things about how it helps incontinence.
Essentially you use it just like the picture. Place it between your thighs and squeeze.
It is easy to use - I am convinced the person who gave it one star has a broken one.
