I purchased these lamps for my young adult children, both work and take college courses. Feedback from my artist daughter is great--she's very hard to please, loves the "like daylight diffusion". Haven't heard directly from son, however, he's a real bug about USEFUL AND PRACTICAL gifts so I think I could not have gone wrong. The purchase was made quite late, but arrived in plenty of time. This is only my second purchase over the net, and am very pleased and will do more in future.
