excellent price, one light did not work on arrival as the bulb was not working, a replacement bulb was shipped and now both work great. Has really helped, I use this light every morning for 30 minutes and noticed a huge difference in as little as three days. I will continue to use this on a daily basis.Product Review: mis-labelling

WARNING- MIS LABELING
Be aware that this product advertises...
"Space-saving design delivers full strength 5,000 Lux, but weighs just 3.5 lbs and fits easily on any tabletop or desktop"
But rather than 5000 LUX each, according to the package, it is 5000 Lux TOTAL when both lights are used But the weight given is for EACH light.
They work fine as lights, but its not what is advertised.

when i got my happylites, i was hoping to take an edge off the winter blahs and stop my own depressing thoughts in their tracks. well, this did the trick... by placebo or the real thing, i have had more energy and felt like doing more in the past few months than i normally would. looking for just a little pick-me-up, i separated the lights, placing on one my desk where i work at the computer on some mornings and one on my bedside table. i have that lite on a timer and it comes on about fifteen minutes or so before my alarm goes off. since i hate my clock, this has made getting out of bed so much easier. no more snoozes and no more threatening the clock with a flight across the room. my mood has been steadily elevated and sustained, and the best thing about these lights is there are no crazy chemical side effects. if you are looking to find an alternative method of dealing with depression, the happylite is a good choice. i know that everyone is different, but these lites have really helped me!Product Review: nice way to combat dark days!

With the time changing to "standard" and days getting shorter, this is a great way to prolong "daylight" just a little longer. I have had mine about a year and it works great during the winter months when the Sun goes down at 5-6pm and you're just not ready to call it a night. The bulb had remained bright and hasn't given me any problem. Easily sits on a desk and it looks great. Nice to read to!
