Customer Review: Getting by with less sleep!

I got my twin pack [...] last spring for less than here. When the weather changed to cold and gloomy I took one to work and have one at home. Since I started using them, my mood is better and I need less sleep at night. I used to need 9 or more hours, but now I am happy with 8. I put my light up higher than eye level so that it is not right in my eyes yet I can glance at it once in awhile. The light seems to be a bright blue florecent type light, but I soon got used to it. I would reccomend it if you are suffereing from the winter doldrums. It is not real well made, but it does the job.
