Great light. Light spreads evenly across and down the page, and the light is gentle on my eyes. Light is quite bright, even on the lower light setting. Clips to the cover of my Kindle case and seems sturdy enough. Probably more bulky than lights like the MightyBrite, but it just sits on my bedside table until I need it so it has not been an issue for me.Product Review: excellent book light

this is an excellent book light. it uses two AA batteries. naturally, you can use rechargeables to power this light. but did you know that you can also recharge the batteries without removing them? that's right. it comes with a usb cable that you can hook up to any usb port to recharge your batteries. you can also power the light without batteries by using the same usb cable. i know that a computer may not be the best way to charge batteries. the solution to this is to use a usb hub with its own power supply. this serves as the usb charging station for all my "charge via usb" devices, including my mp3 player, mobile phone, this light, and a few others.Product Review: purchased 2 for my twin granddaughters

I have two 7 year old twin granddaughters...who love to read, especially before going to bed at night. When they spent the night at my home, I saw them using a flashlight to read. I wanted them to have the best natural light to read and purchased the verilux natural spectrum book light and had it mailed to their home. They have been using it for over a month and both of them enjoy it very much. They need to be shown how to use it the first time and to be gentle with bending it and moving it. I believe this was a great purchase and well worth the money.Product Review: reading light

This reading light is okay if your using batteries or plug into a computer. The only way to read in bed or in a chair is by batteries. Why would you want to read a book attached to your computer.
