The Verilux natural spectrum deluxe lamp is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I do a lot of crafts (crochet and cross-stitch) and I can see so much better with this lamp. I can move the flexible head in any direction so the light is always "just right." I also like the handy tray~perfect for scissors, needles, coffee, etc. My husband likes it because it makes it much easier to read the paper and he has a place for his glasses and the remote. I really can't say enough about this lamp. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We're probably going to end up getting another one soon because we often want to use the one we have at the same time!
