I had the vaporizer for days and the herb draw wouldn't stay closed, I had it registered and it was accepted,, I then contacted the manufacture about the problem, they demanded receipts, I gave them the one I get off here ,, then they wanted more,, all they company dose is refuse to stand up and support their warranty,, the door needs more solid support when it closed in the latch, when its hot it goes,, sure is a good thought,, get the hose and door, and fan fixed it would be a real awesome vape
!; another issue is the plastic hose melts,, I run mine at 377 and only have the hose just barely in the top
