I had reconstructive spinal surgery and have constant pain. This piece of equipment(I also purchased the shoulder flex and the bike attachments) is by far the least expensive and best, easiest to use, good for people in almost any physical condition, I have ever owned. Over the last 14 yrs I have spent thousands, treadmill, Nu step etc. Nothing comes close to this in variety of exercises and ease of use.Product Review: Stretcher 1

The exercises that I can do with this stretcher does relieve some of my shoulder pain. I am 82 years old and
this has been the only means I have found for temporary relief.
