I have been taking Redline for about a month and can feel a big difference. This is an effective workout booster. I take one tablet before each workout. Redline helps build heat in your body to help you burn those calories! I sweat more even after I am finished with my workout. In just one month I can see progress. I bought this product late last year because I was prepping for a marathon on top of XC practice, MMA, and weightlifting and needed some more energy. True to form I went from 170lbs (8-9%BF) to 165 (4-5%BF) and was able to study very well in addition to everything else. Took a hiatus from running, and recently started dieting from 185 lbs (10-11%BF) to 172 weight class, plateaued at about 181 for 2 weeks. Without thinking started taking this again for the caffeine to get through morning workouts (weightlifting/swimming) and after a week I'm down to 175 about 9%BF, figured I'd post my first review, this stuff is good.
NOTE: I only ever take one pill, never need more. It gave me crazy anxiety and heart palpitations at first, but once I got used to it, I feel more energetic, more focused, and better able to study. I don't even notice the tingling anymore from the cold sweating.

these pills are the only ones that worked for me but do not take these before sleep because this accelerates your adrenaline & you have to keep active for atleast 2 hrs after each pill or you will feel nauseated.
