I'm not a hardcore weight lifter. But I do lift 4 times a week. I'm a baseball player and needed to get stronger. Shotgun is amazing. It gets me pumped and I got 20 pounds more on my bench. This stuff really works.Product Review: Better of the Pre Workout Supps.

I've taken such pre workout supps such as no xplode, black powder, etc. This beats them all.
I took this at the beginning of summer 2 years ago and weighed in at 135 lb. From May - beginning of Aug, I gained weight and weighed in at 150. My pumps were better; my strength and energy increased during my workouts. Not only does it have your typical pre workout crap in it, but it also has protein and their "redline" fat loss stuff in it, too. Oh and that summer I had a normal diet and did not take protein afterward.
Ya, the taste is pretty terrible, but the results are worth it. My only warning is do not take this on a complete empty stomach and drink plenty of water because there is a good chance you will dehydrate yourself and/or become incredibly nauseous.

I was skeptical before initially trying N.O. Shotgun. My first workout on it was awesome. I had insane pumps. Some of the product's critics claim that all you'll get is a pump: There is no long-term benefit to using the product. I disagree.
I'm at my leanest ever. Every time I diet to these levels, my muscles are flat and I look like a waif. Since using N.O. Shotgun, I've kept my muscle density.
It's also a powerful pre-workout stimulant. I drink it with several ice cubes into my shaker bottle. It tastes fantastic and gets me amped. This is especially necessary since I have a very stressful job. I drink Shotgun on the way to the gym and during my warm-up. After a few minutes on the treadmill or bike, I'm in "workout mode."
This is the best pre-workout supplement I've ever taken. Highly recommended.

Great stuff for the gym. Defiantly gave me an extra edge. I just got it to jump start my workout career again. It was good. Im using just whey now, but if I fall out of the gym routine again I will definitely pick this up again. The taste was alright till I got to the last 5 spoons. I really liked this pre workout supp. it gets me up and focused. Really tastes good, i got the watermelon flavor and its the best. Makes me sweat twice as much as working out without it. Definitely helped me in shedding pounds of fat. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pre workout supplement that helps you stay awake and lose fat.
