Good size and good design. Fits all tooth brushes which is nice in these days of larger and larger handles. I feel much better knowing the toothbrushes are sanitized. Do wish it had a top. We use it in the motorhome and I put it under the counter down the road and I would feel better with a top. I use foil now.

My wife found this product at a liquidation store for less than $10 around 3yrs ago. She got one for me and one for our adult daughter. Both are still working however one developed a balky switch after a couple of years so that it takes several pushes of the button to activate the device. The two star rating was based on the overall quality at the Amazon price. This is a perfectly acceptable device at $10 but at $50 I would be very disappointed in the build quality. I purchased the travel VIOlight case for use with my Oral-B power toothbrush head. I don't know anything about UV light killing bacteria, so I can't say whether the VIOlight will actually decrease my likelihood of getting sick. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5-stars - that part of it hasn't been proven to me yet. However at the very least it does give me peace of mind that it is in a protected case in the bathroom, so I no longer have that little voice in the back of my head going "ewwww" when I flush the toilet! Plus when I travel, I won't have to worry if I packed it up when it was still wet. Now I can put it away AND still have it get cleaned. I can't comment on the travel VIOlight's drip tray yet since I've only used my VIOlight once and haven't tried to remove the drip tray. My Oral-B power toothbrush head fit into the travel case just fine.Product Review: Poor Customer Service

I just wanted to comment on this company's customer service unit. They are horrible. They wasted a lot of my time, which could easily have been avoided by asking me one simple question during the first of several phone calls.
In addition, one representative basically was lying to me until I read the text directly from the VIOLIGHT website.
