Man have I tried different stuff!!!! This pill, if the child is able to swallow pills this size, really works. Now I must say, it will take you a couple of bottles to see a difference, but that's because the body needs to have a build up. I started just before the school year so that by the time I had a couple bottles under my belt, we'd be starting school. My 5th grader is much more able to sit down and actually do work. She's never been hyper or anything, just very difficult to sit down and complete tasks. We were having meltdowns pretty often over her frustration to be able to the work. It always seemed to be too much, she would say. But, I must say after having tried several things, I'm most happy with this one. My other daughter on the other hand, has issues with swallowing pills, and is unable to. I tried to open up the capsules and mix it with drink, but the darn stuff would never want to mix at all with anything, and that was a horrible tasting disaster. So, we stopped that. I give her the Buried Treasure Added Attention, which is also a natural solution. It comes in liquid and although it looks nasty, it is flavored in a way that the children will actually drink it. This is the only thing I give her among diet and exercise. We have recently eliminated soy from our diet, which I found on the interenet to be toxic to both children and adults. It has eliminated some of their aggression and tendencies to be ornary. Do a search engine on facts of soy and see for yourself, don't just take my word for it. You'd be amazed the amount of foods that contain soy, which I think is a contributing factor to children's behavior, and adult's overwhelming feelings we all experience. I think a combination of all these things are what are working for our family. Each has to discover their own, but I say all that to say be aware of what you are feeding yourselves and your kids and go back to the basics and use moderation. I tried this product over Christmas break for my 16 year old son with ADHD. Before Attend and Extress he was inattentive, couldn't attend to task, irritable, always in trouble at school, etc. Since starting this product I have seen a HUGE difference in him. He's not been in trouble all semester, the teachers say that he's using his time appropriately and he's a nice kid to be around now. He said that he could tell the first day that something was different. Said that things that used to bother him don't anymore. I read all the reviews here and not sure why it don't work for everyone, but I feel blessed to have found it after years of struggling and trying the prescription meds (which didn't work besides losing 35 lbs.) I own/run a business. For more years than I care to admit to, my memory and time management as well as my ability to handle the "day to day" decisions became elusive, at best. Each year, these problems became worse and I lost much of my business because of my ADD (just diagnosed last year). My personal relationships have suffered from it as well. I turned 40 this year and decided that I couldn't live like this any longer. I have a strong aversion to prescription medication but reached a point where I would do anything to change my life, even if it meant turning to meds.
I began taking Attend about a month and a half ago as a last resort before prescription meds. I am so grateful to say that Attend has worked better than I imagined. The first noticeable change occurred in just a few days after starting Attend: I no longer feel like I'm in a fog every day and my awareness of time is much improved. Probably the most interesting improvement has been in my conversations with people. Before Attend, I had a very limited attention span in conversations and began to feel a "jittery" sensation after a short period of time. Now, I'm able to calmly listen and actually comprehend what people are saying during the entire conversation.
My business is improving as well. As erratic as my business is, my ability to set priorities and my awareness of due dates has significantly improved. I started to see an ADD coach this week to help facilitate the changes I wish to see in my life. I **highly** recommend Attend.
For the IBS sufferers, I was diagnosed with IBS and have not had a problem with Attend. I also drink 2 oz. of organic aloe vera juice every morning. FYI: IBS is very often misdiagnosed. You may have a wheat allergy instead. If you haven't been tested for a wheat allergy, do so. IBS & wheat allergy symptoms are very similar. Most physicians aren't aware of that so you'll have to bring it up to them. I'm glad I did. No more pain, no more IBS medication. Unfortunately, no more beer, bread or pizza.

I grew up in the 70's, which was unfortunately before many kids were being diagnosed with ADD. I've spent my entire life (I'm now in my 40's) not knowing I had a learning disorder and found myself depressed and anxious as an adult. Predictably, I was diagnosed as being clinically depressed and put on SSRI's, which didn't work. After years of toil and frustration (ADD will get much worse when left untreated!) I finally turned toward the idea that I might have ADD. I was close to making the appointment for prescription medication when I decided to give ATTEND a try. After just a week I could tell that my focus and energy was starting to improve and my depression was lifting.
