great product you dont have to worry about vita A overdose u are far far away from that by taking two packs. I take one pack a day for my multivitamin and yes its alot of pills but if that is such an issue then grow up and go back to your cubicle and take your one a day because its small it is impossible to get all the nutrients we need into one or two little tablets. dont expect some huge energy surge either these are vitamins and minerals not a can of red bull or whatever i also take the test, flex, and PM I have huge problems sleeping and the pm really helps me. oh yea im a common joe i dont work out just work for a living. As for price these are much cheaper than the multi packs GNC sells
