This thing requires two things to work, continued consumption over a lengthy period of time, and that you watch your diet carefully.
Taste was very good and on the time it was taken (two months) there was a perceived increase in energy/resistance, but gave up when I realized I would've had to been taking this for a long time to gain any perceptible increase in weight.
There are more practical alternatives for weight/muscle gaining on the market, zma for example.
