I have been using this product for about two weeks and seems like I'm bulking according to the gym rats. Although you need to use four scoops each serving (which I only use two)its overwhelming. But with only two scoops I still get about half the calories and other muscle building elements in the formula. It also tastes good compare to the bitter tasting or having after taste ones I had before. Comes in a ten-pound bucket too, so its a good deal for me. I'll stick to this one especially for maintenance.
