Product Reviews of Ultimate Backnobber II by Pressure Positive w/ Fully Illustrated User ManualProduct Review: Disappointed by awkwardness Summary: 2 Stars
I have purchased both the Back Knobber II and the Theracane. I have been diagnosed w/chronic myofacsial pain disease, fibryomyalgia and severe osteoarthritis. To access trigger points, the back knobber II can be very awkward to use. The "S" shape isn't condusive to my body type (tall and trim)and I cannot reach many TrPs with it. It's only convenience is its ability to come apart for travel.
I am sticking to my Theracane, it does the job much more efficiently.
Product Review: Great for getting those spots you can't reach Summary: 5 Stars
The backnobber is an excellent tool for trigger point release. It can be used in a variety of ways that get right to the center of your pain. I've had shoulder problem for 6 months and with the the use of the backnobber, I'm finally learning how to manage it!
Product Review: Has been a help to me Summary: 5 Stars
I have been diagnosed with Chronic Myofascial Pain, and the Backnobber II allows me to treat my own trigger points as well as massage tight muscles in my back, bottom, and neck. Since I travel a lot I like the fact that I can easily take it apart so that it fits in my carry-on bag. The instructions that come with it are very helpful.
Product Review: It Gets the Knots Out Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best massage tool I own, and I own lots of them. I've been using mine for the last 5 or 6 months and it gets rid of my muscle pain and soreness fast. If you're an athlete or an active person get this one. There are other massage tools that look something like it. But this is the most effective and easiest to use. Its two-piece "S" design looks good but what I like about it is that it snaps apart, so I can take it anywhere in a back pack or bike bag. The little knobs on either end of the tool allow me to reach my feet and my back and release trigger points (those little knots that form in muscles and make them tight and weak, and are sometimes painful). Get this one; it works.
