Product Review: liquid may be a better choice

I purchaced this product because the ads and other runners said that it helps to relieve soreness after hard workouts and allow you to hit it hard again the next day. I found this to be true and will continue to use udos oil. When I read the small print on the pill bottle, it said that 14 pills equal 1 tablespoon of oil. I weigh 200 lbs. and my max dose would be 4 tablespoons per day which would equal 56 pills per day. If I could swallow this many pills, they would be gone in about 4 days. I have been taking 8 per day and have noticed a difference. Next time I will get the liquid and add it to my oats and shakes.Product Review: too many capsules

product was delivered as advertised, have not seen any physical differences since taking supplement. Does tend to have some negative GI symptoms
