My 90+ year old father uses this urinal every night. He doesn't have to get out of bed (preventing falls) and the bed stays dry. Regular urinals were dribbling and tipping and causing him trouble with spills. This one works just as well as the blurb says it will.Product Review: Spend the extra money! Great for one-handed use.

This urinal is far and away the best for a long-term need. It can be used one-handed independently, because there is no cap to remove or put on for use. This feature makes it one in a million for hemiplegics. No urine or urine odor whatever escapes, even if it is dropped. It is large enough for several uses before it needs to be emptied. It is easy to empty and clean. It is so good that this is the second one we are ordering so one can be in each end of the house.Product Review: Works great!
