The Unflavoured mixes well, has minimal taste and is absorbed easily.
After my surgery everything made me nauseous and this was the best way to sneak protein into anything that I could get down. Tastes straight it does have a chalky protein powder flavour, but mixed into anything, it is completely obscured.
It also doesn't bulk up or thicken the solution. So if you cant tolerate "thick", this is good.
