I purchased this as a backup for when I find myself with dead batteries and no new replacements. Although I must say Ive had my scale for some time now using the same batteries and am pleased with how long they have actually lasted. Who knows maybe I wont get to use this anytime soon! This works great, it has a long enough cord and saves me from having to buy a ton of batteries. If you can find this from seller for a reasonable price, great. If not, shop around, my adapter cost me more than it should have, after I purchased it I found some for several dollars less. The quality is great though, no complaints about the product itself, just the price I paid for it verses what I could have paid for it. Well, I received the charger which said that it doesn't fit the 8000 model scale which was fine since I ordered the 7000 model. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the 7000 model scale I ordered and by the time I tried to return, I found that the 14 day return window had came and went.Product Review: NOT compatible with Ultraship U2

I just ordered the MyWeigh Ultra Ship U2... and this adapter is NOT compatible with my new scale. So even though the description says "compatible with all Ultra Ship", it is the wrong physical size AND voltage for the U2.
