The one I got was not as pictured. It did have a lot of useable items that you don't normally find at your drug store. Could have used a needle driver (that fits on the end of foreceps). Used the bent foreceps to take a Qtip out of the dog's throat that was jammed in sideways. Used the foreceps to close a wound on my arm. Overall I'm happy with this but kinda pricey for some of the lower grade instruments included in this kit.
