Product Reviews of Twinlab Ripped Fuel Increased Definition for Men and Women, 40 Tablets

Product Review: Yes this works, but....
Summary: 4 Stars

This product works good, but if you never has been tried with other products for burn fat, you will feel some effects like this:

- tremor in the body
- Anxiety
- and some accelerated heart

but if you keep taking it, this disappears after three days.

Very good for the price.

Product Review: anything to make a dollar
Summary: 2 Stars

I once overheard a leading physician and dietitian say to a group of young athletes, 'I wish I could wipe out that alternative supplement aisle at Walmart and the like, because all of it, is garbage.'

It amazes me these people who are giving this top billing. Perhaps with their elite status as Vine Reviewers, or the like, they are getting a kick back, but this product does not work without ephedra.

Sure you get a rush, its like a jolt of energy all day, and I noticed a very amazing sensation on my abdominal area while doing various crunches and chin-ups, but definition, I don't think so. The old combo of aspirin, creatine and ephedra was the ONLY thing that ever worked for cutting and weight loss in the same group of supplements. This product, if it contained ephedra with its supposed, 'defining ingredient' would surely work. If I am not mistaken Ripped Fuel once had Muah Huang extract in it. On ripped fuel I felt jittery and alert, but on ephedra with ripped fuel and Amino Acids, I was in the best shape of my life, and the noticeable difference, with just a minimal workout each week.

You are a fool if you sink your money into this product.

Product Review: best stuff ever
Summary: 5 Stars

rip fuel has to be the best diet supplement i've ever tried. i havn't lost all that much weight but i have gone done two pants sizes. i've also noticed more definition in my arms, shoulders, and neck. i also has quite a kick to it. it gives me the energy to get through my 2-3 hr. work out. i havn't noticed any real side efects, it does take me a little longer to get to sleep at night but thats about it.

Product Review: caffeine...friend or foe

I am big into energy drinks but have never liked the idea of all the sugar calories. Also I have a high sensitivity to certain energy drinks. Monster energy made me jittery and sometimes gave me rapid heart rate, so I experimented with 6 or 7 different energy drinks. The best for my system are the amp energy drinks. I like the flavor the best and it had the fewest side effects of the ones I tried. But the calorie thing was and is a big concern. I decided to try the "Ripped Fuel" supplement in place of my normal 16 oz energy drink. It works well as a morning booster
but I sometimes find the second tablet messed with me if taken too late in the day. After a few days I took one in the morning(6-6:30 am) and the
second between 11:30-12:30. As with most caffeine products it is recommended not to take caffeine later than noon or risk possible sleep interruption. Also for me I often only take one per day and two per day the following day; I rarely take the recommended two per day. As far as a metobolic accelerator...I'm not too convinced. The decrease in calories from switching from energy drinks is what I attribute the weight loss to not necessarily this product. If you use it like I did as areplacement for a daily energy drink I think you will be pretty happy; if you are expecting miracles or don't understand how to properly use caffiene you may be very disappointed. For me it is a good product and I would recommend it with my caveats above.

Product Review: doesn't work

I don't have much to say about this except that first of all, it did not seem to have any effect on me, and second, like every one of those pills out there that make claims about what they do and do not do to your body, these claims seem to be made up entirely.

My guess is that if you want to lose weight and add definition to your body, it's probably best to eat right and lift weights. There's no such thing as an easy way to a perfect body!
