I've been taking Gaba Plus for years. When I feel anxious, tired and sort of a nervous wreck and stressed out, Gaba Plus have always makes me feel better. I first discovered this wonder herbal supplements when I developed anxiety and panic attacks one day while driving. It continued until I got scared driving. I don't want to be part of the population who run to their doctors for addictive tranquilizers for anxiety and panic attacks. Someone had mentioned Gaba Plus to me and the rest is history. Suffice to say, I can drive again and the anxiety and panic stricken feelings had gone away. Gaba Plus is not addicting so I only need it if I feel stressed out which is now seldom. It doesn't make me drowsy but it surely can calm my nerves. It's one of the best herbal finds for me.
