Magnesium
First I am not a doctor and I do not play one on Television, so check with your personal physician on the following.
Magnesium is a mineral needed by every cell of your body. About half of your body's magnesium stores are found inside cells of body tissues and organs, and half are combined with calcium and phosphorus in bone. Only 1% of the magnesium in your body is found in blood. Your body works very hard to keep blood levels of magnesium constant. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It is used to relax the blood vessels to lower blood pressure and alleviate migraine headaches among other things.
The RDA of magnesium is about 600mg for most adults. If you take too much it can give you loose bowels, so take it to your own personal bowel tolerance. It is a very important mineral, especially if you don't eat a lot of green vegetables, the primary source of magnesium.
I have found that Twin Labs makes good products and fully trust them.
I strongly recommend this supplement.
