I tried this product with little expectation (since it's cheap). I did hope I get lucky, and boy did I get lucky.
Pros
I received better results than I expected and in a short amount of time. I lifted more and saw a changes in body mass in about a week. Gaining mass in as little as one week is a big deal, since I used less than the recommended dosage.
Cons
Gulping down six capsules was a bit uncomfortable. Even though I cut the dosage down to three capsules, they were still hard to take. I also kept on getting heart burns, chest pains, and stomach discomfort. So finally I knocked it down to just one capsule after a meal on some days, and one capsule before a workout on other days.
I came off of it after a week or so because of the persisting chest pains. I'm planning on starting my "one capsule a day" plan, once my chest get better. I also have little trouble keeping the bit of mass I gained, another big plus. Make sure you're dieting and drinking lots of water for maximum results.
