I have a pair of these that I have used or about 10 years and they still have not needed sharpening. In fact I wasn't sure they even made them still. Wanted to get another pair if they did and sure enough they do!!! The only difference in mine is they don't have the added piece on the finger hole part to rest your ring finger on.
