I have the worst heels known to man. I am overweight, and I mostly wear slip-on shoes without socks. In addition, I grew up in high humidity and now live in a really dry climate, which makes my skin overall very dry and flakey. My heels have always been very calloused, and pumice stones wouldn't even touch them. No matter what heavy-duty skin creme, heel remedy, or hardcore "fix-it" product I tried, nothing worked. I've only been using this product for the past week and my heels look better than they have ever looked. They look like normal heels, and they are so smooth and soft! I am amazed at how a 10 dollar device can make such a difference. It's easy to use and completely pain free, as long as you are careful with the blade. Get this!
