I've been using this brush for 4 or 5 years. After 20 years of a bristle brush, this is luxury. The brush is full and soft and I only occasionally notice a lost hair in the shaving mug. The only issue I had was that when I first used the brush, the badger musk nearly knocked me over. Two weeks of use washed all of the scent (except for my shaving soap) out.
