This is a solid and serious cushion that holds its shape and does not squish down. It's perhaps a bit too firm for me for prolonged sitting. Or maybe it's because of my hip problem. I am not supposed to sit too long anyway.Product Review: Wonderful pain relief for driving & office work

I was sidelined severe back and leg pain and unable to sit or drive. The Tush Cush car seat cushion relieved the pressure on the nerves enough for me to drive and use my computer again relatively pain free. I give it 5 stars as without it I was unable to sit in a hard chair for more than 5 minutes and driving was virtually impossible. My chiropractor agrees with me that it is a valuable aid for my problems. Might help for all back problems but it certainly did for me. At the price, it is less expensive than one treatment and well worth trying.Product Review: Worth the money.

Worth the money, makes traveling a lot easier. I got one for my siatic nerve problem and my wife (no back problem) used it and liked it also, so we had to get a second one. It sits you in more of a correct upright positions and takes the pressure off the spine.Product Review: back pain reliever

This is a wonderful product for those who suffer from back-related pain. My leg was going numb, and I would be in severe pain after driving or working on my computer. I tried the Tush-Cush first on my computer chair - where it remains. Next I bought an additional one for the hour+ daily commute. After seeing what a big difference it made, I bought an extra firm one for my husband, who drives commercial truck for a living. He always uses it when he drives and says it has made a noticeable difference in his back and leg pain. These are well made by the well known Tush Cush company (I bought their saddle cushions for horseback riding years ago) and at $32 plus shipping, a pretty cheap price for pain relief. Might not work for everyone, but I am extremely pleased with MY pain relief and I feel strongly enough that this product works that I sent my mother one. My husband and I recently drove to Arizona. The 1100 miles in the past was to much riding for my hips. The Tush Cush made the trip so much more comfortable for me. Before I had to sit in awful positions to help relieve my painful hips, but now I can ride for hours without pain. I recommend this product to anyone who has hip pain.
