What a cheap way to get extra calcium! If you're expecting, these things are a God-send, hands down. You can go through quite a few of these on a pizza/spaghetti day, or just have a couple a day for the baby. I was VERY afraid to try these - the taste of these fruit kinds from the sixties and seventies were so repulsive that if you weren't feeling that bad before you had one, they made SURE you did afteer you ingested them! Not so with these! They're really, really good and I wouldn't tell you that if it wasn't the truth! Try the berry flavor too - they're my favorite. Best part, however, is they REALLY work!
