If you suffer recurring acid reflux, this product may be perfect for you. As far as taste, I prefer these hands down to any other flavor or any other brand. You can take several in any given 24 hour period (I think the label says no more than 25). So, it gives you the flexibility to take 1 or more at any given time, and additional as needed without worry about taking too many. It's also a great calcium supplement. Nothing better than knowing the product you are taking for one problem is also benefiting you in other ways.
