These heel cups are the best we have found. Our daughter is a gymnast who deals with recurring bouts of heel pain (diagnosed as Sever's Disease). The tight fit is a plus but often makes them tricky to get on. A little powder sprinkled inside can help. The only drawback we have found is that after she sweats in them, they smell atrocious.
There is an extra heel cup included. She uses these plain heel cups in her sneakers and soccer cleats.
