I purchased this because it was advertised as a true fit, one size fits all. I needed it for a large to X-large fit. I was sadly mistaken. This knee support will only fit small to medium, so forget it if you want something bigger. Its design does not really provide a whole lot of support either. bottom line - if you need a large fitting guard with good stable support, look else where. This is not it.
