Product Review: Well worth the hassle

I've been using this coco cream product for about 3 years now, so I've got a track record. Use it mostly in my spirulina smoothies I drink on a regular basis. It is also a much cheaper version of coconut milk in cans... just take a scoop and mix with water in a blender and a little ice and you have awesome coconut milk for pennies. I give it 4 stars cause it is a pain to get out of the jar, but that is the nature of the beast...not everything in life that is good is gonna be super easy. Besides it will strengthen your arm & wrist muscles. Instead of soaking in a bowl of hot water, I store my jar on top of the fridge which has a bit a heat from the fan motor and heat rises, yes! Plus there is a heating vent above my fridge which keeps my coconut cream slightly warm all winter long. Great thing about coconut oil and cream is that it can withstand long-term heat and not get funky, old, rancid or moldy. Why? because coconuts have a natural protection when they are grown in tall coconut trees in very hot and humid climates in the Philipines, which is where most of it comes from. So buy this product and think about the struggles our grandparents had to deal with getting food to the table... a little elbow grease to get this out of the jar is worth the health benefits. PS: one time I dumped it all in a Cuisinart to mix up and put back in the jar but it returned to oil on top, cream coconut product below. Plus, it was a royal mess to clean up... will never do that one again. PSS: My recent med exams showed I have NO plaque in any of my arteries since switching to only coconut and olive oils.Product Review: YUMMY!

This is so wonderful, my kids eat it straight out of the jar! I put it on english muffins in the morning and put it in my smoothies too! It's 100% Pure Coconut, nothing else added. Talk about a switch from peanut butter! YUMMY!Product Review: wonderful

I just got my bottle the other day and haven't really used it yet. I have been a bit perplexed about how to use it as it is so solid at room temp. Mixing it up was a bit of a pain, though after soaking the bottle in a hot water bath a couple times it finally got soft enough to mix. I didn't stick it in a blender, but just mixed it up with a big spoon. I had to take some of the oil off the top to start otherwise it would have overflowed. Anyway, I tried just a little in my coffee this morning and man is that GOOD! I've been putting coconut oil in my coffee, but the cream is so much tastier and will likely replace the oil in my coffee from here on out. I am very excited to see what else I can make from this product.
